With over 10 years of experience, I make exercise and nutrition simple and easy for my clients to grasp and understand. I continuously update my knowledge giving you tips, tricks, and life hacks making the process of training and nutrition-less of a burden and more enjoyable.

Having been overweight myself and over the years have gone through a weight/fat loss process as well also muscle building – I know what it takes to change your body. I will help you along every step of the way, keeping in mind your own lifestyle and making sure any exercise and nutrition plan suits you!

I’ll be here for you step by step anticipating any life hurdles that may be thrown. Better yet, you do not have to give your favourite foods –  who doesn’t enjoy eating out in restaurants or a treat once, in a while, I sure do!

I’m just your average person who also enjoys exercise, cooking, and learned to look after my body more and more over the years and can relate to anybody looking to lose weight or change shape – all while finding the hacks to do this in a fun and easy way over the last decade of being a fitness professional.

How does online coaching work?

You complete an assessment form that tells me all about your goals, fitness levels, likes, and dislikes. I then write you a plan that suits your needs and goals. Every week you check in to let me know about progress and we work together to help you achieve your goals and learn as much about how you can stay that way.

Do you write a meal plan and is it different every week?

You will be provided with a week-long sample plan with recipes included at the start which suits your goals and includes the foods you like. This is to act as a guide and we’ll work together to help you learn how to include the different foods you like to eat day to day.

Do I need to train in a gym or can the plan include home workouts?

You don’t need to be a member of a gym and I can provide you with workouts to do at home. All you need is a little space. If you have some pieces of equipment this is great but not essential.

Do your plans cater for vegetarians or vegans?

My plans will help you towards whatever goal you have whether that’s gaining muscle, getting fitter or losing fat.

Are the plans just for fat loss only, or can I gain muscle?
