How does the Harder Better Faster Stronger Program Work?

You will create an account and have access to my membership site via web log in, or using a mobile APP. You will have coaching, workouts and support throughout your journey

Do you write a meal plan and is it different every week?

You will be provided with a week long sample plan with recipes included at the start which suits your goals and includes the foods you like. This is to act as a guide and we’ll work together to help you learn how to include the different foods you like to eat day to day.

Do I need to train in a gym or can the plan include home workouts?

You don’t need to be a member of a gym and I can provide you with workouts to do at home. If you would like a gym plan this can be arranged for you

Do your plans cater for vegetarians or vegans

Yes of course, we’ll work together to come up with foods that match your preferences but will also help you succeed in achieving your goals.
